I stumbled into the world of aesthetics in 2007 completely by accident, and instantly fell in love. After 10 years working alongside a dermatologist in Bozeman, I realized I wanted to deepen my clinical knowledge, so I returned to school in 2016 to become a Physician Assistant. I graduated in 2018, passed my national boards, and founded LUXE in 2022.
Originally from Havre, Montana, I understand the desire to look polished without the fuss. My approach to aesthetics is simple: make life easier. Less makeup, less time in front of the mirror, and more time doing what you love. I often tell my clients I’m one of the most real people they’ll meet in aesthetics—I get sun, I don’t always wash my face at night, and I’m not interested in spending hours layering products. The goal is effortless confidence: you leave looking refreshed and radiant, without anyone quite knowing why.
When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll find me on Montana trails, spending time with my husband, or hanging out with Earl. Our household includes Earl the dog and Grim the cat, so life is equal parts LUXE, a little chaotic, and full of love, and I bring that same grounded, low-maintenance approachto how I care for my clients, keeping things natural, approachable, and never overdone. I believe in great skin, not perfection—, because real life happens, and that’s exactly the kind of beauty I’m here to support.
With over 19 years of hands-on experience in aesthetic skincare, including 13 years in dermatology, I bring a refined blend of clinical expertise and artistic precision to LUXE Aesthetics.
As an aesthetic nurse, licensed aesthetician, and certified laser technician, I specialize in advanced, results-driven treatments designed to enhance natural beauty with intention and elegance.
Over nearly two decades in skincare and dermatology, I’ve built a reputation for delivering thoughtful, highly personalized care. I’m known for a meticulous approach, a discerning eye, and a commitment to subtle, radiant results that align seamlessly with each client’s unique features and goals.
At LUXE Aesthetics, I create a bespoke experience rooted in trust, expertise, and elevated standards of care—so every client feels confident, refreshed, and exceptionally cared for.
Outside of the treatment room, I enjoy life in beautiful Montana with my family and three dogs. Whether I’m hiking, golfing, or soaking up time outdoors, I bring that same grounded, easygoing energy into my work, because feeling good in your skin should feel natural, never overdone.
My name is Andrea Pidgeon, and I was born and raised in Bozeman. I’ve spent the past 11 years working as an aesthetician in the Gallatin Valley, including four years successfully running my own business. After years of hands-on experience in skincare, I felt ready for a new chapter and was grateful for the opportunity to join LUXE Aesthetics.
In my role as administrator and personal assistant to Janel, I support both the team and our clients behind the scenes, helping ensure each experience feels seamless, welcoming, and thoughtfully cared for. I’ve found a renewed sense of purpose in this work and truly enjoy being part of a team that prioritizes connection, quality, and personalized care.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mother of three wonderful children and a dog named Roscoe. I love traveling, spending time outdoors, and making lasting memories with my family. I bring that same resilience, compassion, and grounded energy into my work each day, values that naturally align with the experience we strive to create at LUXE.
Earl joined the LUXE Aesthetics family four years ago after relocating from a reservation at the distinguished age of 2½ months. Since then, he has become an essential part of the clinic’s atmosphere, quietly supervising daily operations and maintaining the calm, welcoming environment our clients know and love.
You’ll most often find Earl stationed near his mom, observing patients, staff, and the occasional visitor with thoughtful curiosity. His presence adds to the personalized, one-on-one experience LUXE Aesthetics is known for, helping create a space where clients feel relaxed, comfortable, and completely at ease.
While Earl prefers to keep his personal boundaries firmly in place, he will allow the occasional pet, not because he necessarily wants to, but because he understands it makes his mom happy. Consider it a privilege, not a guarantee.
When he’s not overseeing the office, Earl enjoys sunbathing, monitoring hallway traffic, and delivering his signature look that says, “I’m not mad… I’m just evaluating.”
